1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the InkTrait platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Service Description
InkTrait is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed primarily for independent tattoo artists (Solo plan), offering briefing management tools, AI concept generation, session scheduling, and client communication via WhatsApp. Plans for larger studios (Studio and Custom) are in development and will be governed by additional terms when launched.
3. User Account
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account and password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original content, including designs and portfolio images. AI-generated concepts are licensed for your commercial use within the platform. InkTrait does not claim ownership of your artistic work.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
The Solo plan is billed monthly (R$129/month promotional, R$149/month full price) via credit card processed by Stripe. We do not yet offer annual or multi-artist plans in production; Studio/Custom plans remain on the waitlist until official launch. Cancellations can be made at any time from the panel and access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day free trial period for new Solo plan users. After this period, billing becomes recurring and payments are non-refundable, except in cases provided by law or exceptional situations evaluated individually by the InkTrait team.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or malicious code
- Interfere with service operation
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
8. Limitation of Liability
InkTrait is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months of service use.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
